Terms of Service

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. You’ll get an order confirmation by email (or text where applicable). A sale is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order before acceptance, including after an order confirmation or after payment is captured, if needed (stock, verification, restrictions).

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in USD (HKD display available on site). You’re responsible for any bank/FX fees from your payment method.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy (https://www.qcamgear.com/shipping-policy). Carriers: SF Express (HK / Macau / Mainland China); Hongkong Post (international, excluding the US). Checkout charges US$5 domestic and US$15 international.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final — no returns or exchanges for change of mind. If we send the wrong item or a defective product, email qcamgear@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.

Limited releases & pre-orders

Limited-release and pre-order items cant be changed (size, address, etc.) after checkout and aren’t eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except for wrong/defective items as above.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Hong Kong law, we aren’t liable for delays outside our control (carriers, customs, production), or for indirect/consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you can’t waive under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
